    Description

    Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for flexible opportunities in Norfolk and surrounding areas? We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team on an adhoc basis, providing invaluable support to mental health services in the area.


    Clinical Excellence:

    Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to individuals in various settings, including hospitals, community care, and other healthcare facilities.


    Assessment and Care Planning:
    Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

    Collaborative Teamwork:

    Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

    Respond to staffing needs on a flexible basis, accepting assignments as per your availability. This offers you the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards


    Continuous Professional Development:
    Stay informed about advancements in mental health nursing, attending relevant training sessions and contributing to your professional growth.
    Current registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the NMC
    Minimum of 12 months' experience in mental health nursing.
    Up-to-date knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and procedures.
