FRS are recruiting a temporary Data Entry Assistant for a market leading business based in Coventry.Working alongside the finance team (mainly the Purchase Ledger department), you will be covering a wide array of duties as listed below.
Duties to include:
- Processing batches of invoices on the relevant systems
- Raising any discrepancies with your line manager ensuring all queries are resolved by relevant managers / department
- Ensuring all invoices are "approved" before logging them onto the system
- Working closely with the Finance team, finding and sending through invoices on request
- General administration duties (scanning, filing, photocopying, etc.)
