    Care Assistant Job Opportunity Unique Senior Care - Southam

    • Up to £12.04 per hour, based near Southam Police Station.
    • All-in-one Domiciliary Care - no commuting between clients.
    • Flexible shifts: Early (6:45am3pm), late (3pm10pm), alternate weekends.
    • Part time available

    Benefits:

    • Holiday pay, increases with hours worked, additional week after 10 years.
    • Loyalty bonuses: 25p/hour raise after 1 year, 50p after 3 years, 75p after 5 years.
    • Pension scheme at 3%.

    • Passionate and dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to Healthcare Assistants, Senior Carers, Support Workers, Nurses, Care Workers, Home Care Workers, Family Member Carers, Customer Service Specialists, Charity Workers, Hospitality Specialists, Childcare and Retail Workers.
    • Exceptional carers to support clients' physical, and emotional needs, and overall quality of life.
    • Willingness to assist with personal care tasks, medication administration, emotional support, meal preparation, housekeeping, and accurate record keeping.

    • Patience and ability to handle challenging situations.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Right to work in the UK.
