    Description
    Our Client is now seeking an Insights Analyst to join their Retail & eCommerce team.

    This role will sit within their Data & Analytics Department and will require an analytical mind to drive Insights from a range of data sets.

    You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver high-quality datasets and reports.

    As an Insights Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping make data-driven decisions and driving continuous improvement.

    Birmingham (Remote working once per week) - with some remote working.

    Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets and reports
    Experience with Marketing Data aka GA4 / Google Analytics
    Developing and maintaining data visualisations and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
    Providing recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvements
    Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance data quality and optimise data collection and reporting
    Exploring and evaluating new tools and technologies to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities

    Strong experience in data analysis and insights reporting
    Experience using data management or reporting software such as Power BI, Tableau, FastStats, SQL, Excel/VBA, Microsoft Power Tools.
    Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g. Experience collaborating with stakeholders and delivering high-quality datasets and reports
    Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects
