Position Description:


Skills Required:

Business Analysis, Requirements definition, management and analysis, Enterprise/Business Architecture.


Experience Required:

Experience in core business analyst roles preferably within Digital Experience with customer-facing propositions. Awareness of offerings, challenges and state of the market around Electric Vehicles, Electrification and/or EV Charging. Strong MS Office skillsparticularly excel. Experience with Agile ways of working.

Enterprise and business architecture:

Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and its subdomains, with a particular focus on business architecture.

You can understand the organisational landscape and strategy of an organisation,and can support the creation of future state architecture aligned to strategy.

You can translate business drivers, goals and constraints into business objectives. You can define required capabilities and support organisational changes to create operating modelsthat meet business objectives.

You can identify and describe and influence relationships between organisational structures, processes, technology, people and skills within and outside of an enterprise, to achieve transition to the new state.


Desirable Experience and Qualifications:

Experience using Atlassian suite (JIRA and Confluence).

Technical experience with systems integration and strategies.

Functional systems architecture.

Experience with Electric Vehicles, Electrification and/or EV Charging.
