- Database and Application Support
- Provide application support for agency application(s) andperform the following tasks:
- Monitor systeminterfaces and resolve errors.
- Coordinate withIT Helpdesk staff to resolve technical issues withapplications.
- Create/update documentation forsystem workflows and publish information for end userconsumption.
- Create/update data mart anddashboards.
- Provide technical support for thedevelopment of a Request For Proposals to replace existing .agencyapplication(s)
- Provide technical support forthe development of annual highway maintenance budgets.
- Coordinate with Call Center on daily operations formanaging work requests from multiple sources.
- Coordinate with TDOT Legal Office to ensure that data isproperly documented to support the adjustment of damage claimssubmitted to the Dept of Treasury
- Providereports or data from to satisfy adhoc requests for information(i.e. media requests legal requests environmental reviewsetc.)
- Provide user training for new andexisting applications.
- Serve as systemadministrator for new and existing applications.
- Perform GIS data analysis and quality assurance on vendordelivered geodatabases.
- Coordinate with ITDivision staff to publish feature layers to GISenvironment.
- Collaborate on the creation ofnew GIS maps or on the update of existing GIS maps for use bynonGIS expert users.
- Transportation AssetManagement Plan (TAMP)
- Perform data analysisto support the TAMP documentation submittal to FHWA and the annualconsistency determination review.
- Create/update data mart and dashboards.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
- Ability to work in a matrixorganization to accomplish agency goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word ExcelOutlook PowerPoint SharePoint Teams Forms).
- Proficient with relational databases and systemsintegration.
- Proficient with PowerBIdashboards and reports or other adhoc reporting tools.
- Proficient with GIS tools such as ArcGIS Pro ArcGISOnline GeoPortal.
