IT Support Manager - Contract
Our client is a growing company, funded by one of the largest retail arms in Europe. They are a specialist financial services company, combining the relentless focus on customer service and innovation. The role of the IT Support Manager includes overseeingall IT related operations within the business

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensuring all IT policies are up to date and being adhered to.
Maintaining the health of the internal server infrastructure.
Evaluating the business' IT strategy and proposing improvements where necessary or deemed beneficial to the business.
Overseeing and implementing improvements to the business' IT strategy.
To provide up to third line support for all networking components and infrastructure.

What We're Looking For:

Strong InfoSec knowledge is compulsory
Previous experience working in a Mortgage Lender company would be advantageous
Proven experience delivering against agreed KPI's in an IT operations environment
Proven ability to drive operational efficiencies
Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of all business plans and relate that knowledge to identified operational and IT service initiatives
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Working knowledge of GDPR and general data protection would be highly advantageous.
