- Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance across the business.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting across the business.
- Work closely with the FD to continue building a strong and reliable finance function at MPG.
- ACA Qualified, preferably with commercial PQE.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is required.
- Self-starter with an aptitude for problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build good working relationships.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt where needed.
- Willingness to learn and continually develop skills.
