Description

Arcflex are a leading design and manufacturing company based in Staffordshire in the West Midlands, and are the UK branch of Rattay Group, a cluster of associated companies located throughout Europe.

The production operative is required to assist with the everyday running of the factory, including (but not limited to) machine operation, packing and production.

A mechanical aptitude is important. Some electrical knowledge and experience in TIG welding would also be an advantage, although not essential.

Immediate start available.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

Setting and operating machinery/equipment for our manufacturing processes.
Running product lines according to a production plan/schedule.
Maintaining machinery/equipment as required.
Proactively identifying areas of improvement.

Skills Required:

Reliable and enthusiastic approach to tasks and objectives.
Versatile and flexible approach to tasks and objectives.
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Welding experience and bellows forming would be an advantage.

Salary
