  • 37 hours / Permanent 40, ,428 * Within and Outside of Ceredigion *All salary values are prorata. About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to support the transformation of health and social care services in West Wales.

West Wales Regional Partnership Board (RPB) brings together a range of strategic partners from the statutory, third and independent sectors and will oversee a capital programme driving the transformation and integration of health and care in the region.

This ambitious agenda is supported by Welsh Government's Health and Social Care Integration and Rebalancing Capital Fund and the Housing with Care Fund.

This results in an additional capital allocation for the region in excess of £10 million each year.

As a Regional Partnership Board, we are developing a capital programme office as part of our RPB team to support us in delivering this agenda and implementing our 10-year integrated capital strategy.

The office will be led by a Programme Manager and supported by 3 Project Managers.

They will provide strategic and operational support to partners from across organisations to deliver a wide range of capital schemes and projects.

The office will also act as the link with the Welsh Government capital team and work as part of our wider RPB team in West Wales.

This is varied and complex work but will be rewarding as you will ensure we deliver on our vision in West Wales.

If you have experience in developing Capital Schemes, Programme or Project Management this may be the opportunity for you. If you would like an informal discussion or further information, please contact Andrew Hopkins on
