We are seeking to appoint a
Project ManagerTo support the Project Department in the delivery of assigned Installations across the UK ensuring a high standard and professional service at all times.

Co-ordinating with the purchasing / engineeringteams and client to ensure projects are completed within the time frame allocated.

This role will report into our Risley office however you will be primarily be based in the Midlands with UK Coverage


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The role will involve, but not be limited to:

  • At least 3 years working as a Passive Fire industry
  • Monthly forecasting of assigned projects
  • Contract review of all project files via Sales order process system
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time as per monthly forecast
  • Responsible for Health and safety and quality compliance in line with Marlowe procedures
  • Self motivated, flexible, able to work away from home when required.
  • Have a formal qualification in passive fire industry.
  • An understanding of the British Standards & EN covering the areas of work.
  • Produce reports and offer advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Liaising with client and engineering teams and subcontractors monitoring key stage performance
  • Approval of handover paperwork from engineer & subcontractors through to close out
  • To attend site meetings when required
  • Any other duties commensurate with your skills and experience

Person Specification

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent management and computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries
  • Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
  • Self motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
