Description
At the forefront of our rapidly growing personal finance division, is Go.
Compare. Go.
Compare is one of the UK's original comparison's websites and best loved brands.

We enable consumers to compare the costs and features of a wide variety of insurance policies, financial products and energy tariffs; ultimately helping people find the best deal for them and get value for money.

We are looking for an SEO executive to help take our SEO team from strength to strength in the competitive Price Comparison Website vertical.

As a member of our dynamic and talented content team, you will play a crucial part in developing optimised content, technical improvements and performance analysis to support our SEO rankings.

What you'll be doing...
This role is one of many paradoxes.

As part of a small, highly experienced core team, this role is hands-on and your day-to-day work will be key to delivering on Go.

Compare plans.

But simultaneously, this role has plentiful exposure to strategy setting and offers the SEO executive excellent opportunities to help shape the direction of the business.

You'll be supported by a knowledgeable, close-knit team, truly becoming part of the 'SEO family'.

Yet at the same time you'll be part of the extensive central Audience team, covering the entire Future website portfolio.

You will be instrumental in helping to drive and deliver the ambitious Go.
Compare SEO strategy.

Operating across all areas of SEO including content, technical, outreach and analysis you'll have the opportunity to put existing SEO skills to use in all areas, as well as get a chance to pick up new techniques, learning from a highly experienced team in a competitive field.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Competitive analysis including content analysis and technical audit
  • Website Content Management including briefing writers and getting content live
  • Outreach campaign management, including working with third party agencies to devise and deliver campaigns
  • Performing keyword research and content gap analysis to identify new content opportunities.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • Solid understanding of the core aspects of SEO (content, technical, offsite)
  • Awareness of the evolving role of EAT in SEO
  • An interest in working with a relatively large, brand website in a competitive vertical
  • Ability to use tools like GSC, Ahrefs, SEM rush, GA, Screaming Frog
  • Good ability to evaluate content quality from both an editorial and SEO perspective
  • Willingness to engage in the ways of working in a large, tradingfocused business

What's in it for you
We have a number of awesome perks available to our staff.

We offer huge opportunities to learn and develop, whether through professional qualifications, exposure to incredible business projects or informal lunch & learns, hosted by your colleagues.

We have a fantastic culture where we really do care about our people and want everyone to succeed. Varied roles mean you're not pigeonholed in to one finite area but get the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and experience

And to top it all off, not only do we offer unlimited holiday because we trust you to manage your workload and time but we also offer a share in our success whereby every member of staff receives a profit pool bonus at the end of our financial year.

_ Wh_o are we**- We're Future. We're 3000+ colleagues over 250+ brands speaking to 400 million people every month across the globe through websites, events and magazines. We've got ambitious plans that build on our growth momentum and unlock new opportunities and we're looking for talented people who want to be a part of it. _
