Weymouth College is a General Further Education College situated on the stunning Jurassic coastline in Dorset.

We are an ambitious college offering broad learning opportunities to our students who are at the heart of all we do.

We are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about delivering the very best experience to young people. We are currently looking for a Travel and Tourism Lecturer to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

You will work closely with colleagues and students to ensure success for both college and students. You will work towards successful outcomes for students and provide a positive overall experience at the college.

An academic background in Travel and Tourism is preferred along with a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above). We will also consider someone who is willing to work towards obtaining this qualification.

As a teaching team we welcome applicants that have high levels of industry background and are keen to inspire our future students.

Experience of teaching BTEC level 2 and 3 and a willingness to teach on both programmes would be advantageous.

Teaching will take place at our Cranford Avenue site in Weymouth.

The role is for a full time lecturer however a part time option or job share would be considered.
