    Data Centre Maintenance Technician – Critical Facilities Maintenance – Hounslow, West LondonAre you looking to step into the world of Data Centres? or an experienced engineer seeking a fresh challenge?My client is a leading Enterprise Data Centre, who are based in Hounslow, West London, due to the creation of additional data halls, they are actively recruiting for a Data Centre Maintenance Technician from either a Mechanical or Electrical engineering background to working alongside the Shift Technicians maintaining the day-to-day M&E services

    Job Specification:
    Ensuring that routine PPMs are carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset listsPPM and reactive maintenance to power/temporary power, lighting/emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, fire alarm tests, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, air-conditioning plant, AHU's, FCU's, UPS systems, generators, HVAC systems, general engineering fault-finding/Assisting with HV and LV switching/site shutdownsOrganising subcontract labourOrganising quotes and the labour/procurement of materials and partsResponsible for Health & Safety, logbooks, risk assessment, permits to work etc

    Salary & Package:
    £42,500.00 – £45,000.00 per annum + Overtime OTE £70KMonday - Friday / 08:00 till 17:0020 Days Annual LeaveFull Uniform + Full set of ToolsTraining (HVAP/LVAP, ILM, CNet etc.)
