LHH Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a supportive and growing manufacturer based in Nuneaton, who following a recent promotion are now seeking a Credit Controller.

My client partners with a range of large well-known businesses, mainly within theAutomotive sector.

Their current team have also achieved their debt bonus every month this year, enabling them to add a considerableextra onto their total package.

Credit Controller


Salary:
Up too £23k


Bonus:
£200 - £250 Per month

Duties

  • Focus on reducing late payments and bad debt
  • Liaising with clients and internal departments in a respectful manner, on a daily basis
  • Allocating receipts in a diligent and timely manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales cash receipts
  • Taking payments via the telephone
  • Generate relevant paperwork for debts going legal
  • Ensuring credit control procedures have been followed with integrity at all times;
  • Opening new customer accounts on the system, after completing all necessary checks
  • Issuing monthly statements
  • Raise credits to resolve Queries
  • Previous experience/knowledge of working in credit control
  • Great communication skills both verbally and electronically.
  • Ability to work with large volumes in a fastpaced environment
- experience of query resolution is a bonus

  • Ability to problem solve and challenge where necessary
