- Build financial review processes by working with senior stakeholders, and coordinate and facilitate monthly review calls,
- Work with multiple stakeholders throughout the business and provide robust analysis and insights for better decision making,
- Working closely with Country Finance Managers, FP&A team, Demand Planning and Product Management Teams to meet the required standards and deadlines essential in the IBP process
- Collect, summarise, present, and manage EMEA Risks & Opportunities on a monthly basis, as a part of IBP process
- Proven Financial expertise backed up with min of 10 years of work experience in a similar position with a commercial mindset,
- Microsoft Excel to advanced standard,
- Excellent business partnering, communication, coordination and presentation skills,
- Self-starter, able to work independently with some guidance,
- Flexible approach with "can do" attitude / ability to quickly learn and adapt in a changing work environment.
- Ability to influence decision-making process
- Ability to translate complex data sets into simple insights for non-Finance stakeholders,
- Working knowledge of analysis database (Hyperion/Essbase or similar),
- CIMA or equivalent certification / university degree in relevant field.
- English - fluent
- Any other languages are a plus
