- Support the central preparation of high-quality consolidated group finance and performance packs and reports for all internal and external stakeholders, including Board reports, executive reports and standard monthly reports to the Finance Business Partners and wider business, that facilitate a deep understanding of the business performance, its growth and profitability drivers.
- Assist with the co-ordination of all the business planning processes, including mid-term strategy, annual budget planning and monthly rolling forecasts. This will involve working closely with the Finance Business Partners and Group Business Controller to produce consolidated Group Forecasts and budgets with meaningful analysis and risk assessment.
- Ensure reporting data is stored, collected, and integrated efficiently, aligned with group quality and privacy guidelines.
- Develop effective relationships across the business and support finance systems and process improvements and optimisation.
- Support the planning and implementation of the integration of Livingstone and other future acquisitions into the Trustmarque group.
- Part qualified in Finance, Business Economics or Accounting combined with 1- 2 years of experience of a Finance Analyst role.
- Strong planning, organisation, numerical and problem-solving skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong systems, reporting and modelling skills with a focus on quality and execution.
- A good communicator with a positive, pragmatic and flexible attitude.
- High level of aptitude and proficiency in advanced excel, Power BI and similar systems.

Job Summary
The Reporting & Consolidation Analyst supports the consolidated group and business reporting on the financial performance of the company and assists with the co-ordination of the financial and business planning processes and consolidated reporting and KPI measurement.
This role reports to the FP&A & Systems Manager and works closely with the Finance Business Partners and Financial Controlling Team.
