    Job Description

    We are recruiting for a Commercial Insurance Apprentice to focus on all areas of commercial insurance. This is an opportunity to gain a Level 3 Insurance Advisor qualification whilst working and learning about the industry. You will also have the opportunity to develop your soft skills through a structured training programme and working with likeminded individuals.

    Overview of duties

    • Assist in scheduling client/insurer underwriting meetings
    • Analysing information to communicate with insurers and prepare for client meetings
    • Work closely with senior management in department and business unit-wide initiatives
    • Develop a strong and collaborative team relationship with other departments

    Person specification Education / and or Experience

    Knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • Confidence with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
    • High level inter personal skills to build relationships, internally and externally
    • Communicate with stakeholders, virtually, face to face and in writing
    • Basic IT skills including the use of Microsoft applications
    • Determination to succeed and build the basics for a career at NFP

    Education / and or Experience

    • GCSE in English and Maths
    • A Levels or equivalent

    Hours: Monday - Friday

    Location: Wolverhampton
