It's a time of rapid growth for the European arm of the business, so we are looking to train someone on all areas of commercial insurance, supervising day-to-day underwriting operations, adjusting schedules, problem solving and giving a fantastic start to your career.

About the role

We are recruiting for a Commercial Insurance Apprentice to focus on all areas of commercial insurance.
This is an opportunity to gain a Level 3 Insurance Advisor qualification whilst working and learning about the industry.


You will also have the opportunity to develop your soft skills through a structured training programme and working with likeminded individuals.

Overview of duties
Assist in scheduling client/insurer underwriting meetings
Analysing information to communicate with insurers and prepare for client meetings
Work closely with senior management in department and business unit-wide initiatives
Develop a strong and collaborative team relationship with other departments
Person specification


Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Confidence with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
High level inter personal skills to build relationships, internally and externally
Communicate with stakeholders, virtually, face to face and in writing
Determination to succeed and build the basics for a career at NFP
Education / and or Experience
A Levels or equivalent
GCSE in English and Maths
