    Description

    Our client is a reputable consultancy in the construction sector, specialising in project management, architecture, building surveying, and quantity surveying.

    As a Lead Architect, you will design, oversee, and execute a diverse array of building projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction in terms of quality.

    Oversee project progression, including planning applications and compliance with building regulations.

    • Coordinate and guide multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaborative success and efficiency in project delivery.
    • Manage external consultants and liaise proactively with various disciplines within the firm to uphold project quality and meet KPIs.
    • Drive the professional development and operational management of Architectural Technicians within the department.
    Background in architectural design and project delivery across various operational contexts.

    • ARB and RIBA registration with a relevant degree in Architecture.
    • Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop, with understanding of RIBA workstages.
