    Training Specialist

    SC Cleared candidate - Yes

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Experience: 12+ years

    Responsibilities:

    Training Strategy and Delivery Plans:

    Document the strategy for the training, including how we will manage the complex stakeholder requirements and variety of needs.

    Plan the training with flexibility and focus each of the stakeholders.

    Produce a formal assessment methodology to determine and ensure candidates are appropriately prepared.

    Identifying Training Needs:

    Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of employees to determine training requirements.

    Understand the types of stakeholders and how best to deliver training to them.

    Translate these requirements into appropriate well-structured training programs.

    Curriculum Development:

    Design engaging curriculum and learning materials configured to the types of stakeholder and their specific demands.

    Develop instructional materials that align with company goals and core values.

    All content to be aligned to company standards.

    Training Delivery:

    Conduct training sessions for employees and the wider stakeholder group.

    Ensure effective knowledge transfer through engaging and interactive training methods.

    Assessment and Evaluation:

    Assess the effectiveness of training programs.

    Make necessary adjustments to improve training outcomes.

    Complete the post training assessment and manage any further training needs.

    Stay Updated:

    Keep abreast of trends in employee development.

    Ensure that training content reflects any organizational changes.

    Ensure alignment to company standards.

    Qualifications:

    Experience:

    Proven experience in delivering training programs, especially for transformation initiatives.

    Familiarity with the banking and financial sector is highly desirable.

    Instructional Design Skills:

    Knowledge of instructional design principles.

    Ability to create effective teaching plans and materials.

    Talent Management:

    Understand talent development and growth strategies.

    Align training initiatives with company objectives.

    Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    Ability to engage with employees at all levels.

    Industry Experience and Product Implementation:

    Have experience with transformation programs in the banking and financial sector.
