About The Role:

Falmouth Exeter Plus manages and delivers services at Falmouth, Penryn and Truro Campuses on behalf of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter. We are now looking to recruit a
Maintenance Supervisor to join our Estates Team, based on our Falmouth campus.

You will be a key member of the Estates Operations Department, responsible for ensuring that the maintenance requirements of the campus buildings and associated M&E equipment are undertaken in a safe and efficient manner.

The Maintenance Supervisor is also expected to undertake their own maintenance tasks where their specific resource and expertise is required.
