- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel industry with a strong background in revenue management and distribution.
- Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in developing and mentoring team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS). Familiarity with OTA platforms and distribution channels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Position Overview:
I am looking for a seasoned Group Revenue and Distribution Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry and a knack for optimising revenue streams. This role is pivotal in shaping the revenue management strategies across the full hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hotel experience and at least 2 years of experience in developing and mentoring team members.
