Description
REED are recruiting an HR Advisor to join one of our brilliant clients HR team based in Teesside, to deliver a diverse range of administrative responsibilities across all areas of the HR functionResponsibilities:
- Deliver a highly efficient and professional HR administration service that meets agreed service levels and complies with company policies and procedures, focusing on administrative excellence.
- Update and maintain HR data accurately in SAP and other HR systems where applicable.
- Act as a point of contact for HR queries and escalate as appropriate.
- Coordination of all employee life cycle actions, including onboarding, promotions and leavers.
- Prepare contracts, letters and advise on terms and conditions.
- Manage service requests via a HR Ticketing System.
- Ensure employee digital files are maintained and up to date.
- Prepare and manage administration for third party providers as appropriate; ie. Cycle to Work Scheme and Childcare Vouchers Scheme.
- Produce reports from SAP accurately and manipulate data using Excel
- Ensure agency employees have relevant work approvals and SAP records.
- Contribute and assist with the monthly payroll cycle.

Other key skills include:
- Strong HR Administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet deadlines
Desired but not essential:
- Experience of working with SAP including Success Factors
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes
