Day Webster have recieved the below position loacted in KentBand 6 Occupational Therapist required to assist within the newly established Early Supported Discharge Service, neurological experience is essential, specifically to be able to work with patients who have had a stroke in assisting with early supported discharge from the acute hospital, back to patients own home or into our community hospital setting.
