An award-winning MSP is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their friendly team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
They are looking for a proactive individual who is able to deal with technical issues ina pressurised and time sensitive environment while maintaining a high quality of customer service.
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- Reviewing, implementing and resolving technical issues effectively
- Providing support to clients both onsite and remotely
- Managing client accounts, responding to client issues and raising tickets accordingly
- Adhering to defined KPI's and meeting expected SLA's
- Configuring and troubleshooting routers and firewalls
- Configuring servers, users and PC's
- 2 years relevant experience in an IT role
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows and O365
