About the Company
An award-winning MSP is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their friendly team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

They are looking for a proactive individual who is able to deal with technical issues ina pressurised and time sensitive environment while maintaining a high quality of customer service.

Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Reviewing, implementing and resolving technical issues effectively
  • Providing support to clients both onsite and remotely
  • Managing client accounts, responding to client issues and raising tickets accordingly
  • Adhering to defined KPI's and meeting expected SLA's
  • Configuring and troubleshooting routers and firewalls
  • Configuring servers, users and PC's
Essential Skills and personal qualities

  • 2 years relevant experience in an IT role
  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows and O365
