The primary object of the Asset/Maintenance Administrator is to support the Maintenance Coordinator and assist in the day to day running of all maintenance contract and ensuring full contractual compliance relating to administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Well organised and punctual.
- Good communication skills.
General Tasks:
- Supporting maintenance coordinator in raising jobs on Client Relationship Managing System "CLIK"
- General administrative duties, such as sending out scanned work and check sheets to clients.
- Create site manuals and audit periodically to ensure they are compliant.
- Obtain client purchase orders when needed.
- Raise purchase orders for suppliers/subcontractors.
- Ensuring subcontractor paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
- Ensure all site preattendance documentation is in place and where applicable arrange site inductions etc.
- Support maintenance coordinator in scheduling large maintenance contracts.
- Booking hotel accommodation for engineers, allocating correct cost of jobs.
- Ensuring expenses and all generated paperwork are correct (reviewing credit card statements etc).
- Obtaining supplier quotations.
- Upkeep & monitoring of Client Asset Registers.
- Cross referencing job sheets against asset register to ensure all assets have been maintained during the service.
Working Hours:
Mon - Thur 08:00am to 17:00pm, Friday 08:00am to 16:00pm.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
