The Associate Director for HR Operations will play an integral role in leading People Services through technology, customer service and process improvement to strive for exceptional employee experiences.

You will lead change and employee relations, whilst executing and embedding the People Services operating model, determining the service model of the HR Service Centre, Payroll and Analytics Teams.

You'll:

  • Be a strong people partner, with excellent leadership and communication skills and influencing ability
  • Possess strong business acumen and have proven experience of working directly with C-Suite in a large financial/insurance/technology business
  • Have excellent employment law knowledge and change management experience
  • Have run payroll or a shared service environment
  • Desirable to have experience within the regulatory environment (FCA) and have experience of SMCR, GDPR, IDD and IR35 regulations
  • Be able to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast changing environments
  • Be CIPD qualified and passionate about continuous professional development
