Passenger Service Agent

Pay £11.97 Per Hour

Shift Pattern: 6on 3off (Earlies and Lates)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in of passengers and passenger baggage for their respective flights
  • Checking passport, visa documentation and flight details
  • Offering and aiding customer's needs
  • Reconciliation of passengers at Boarding Gates
  • Boarding and disembarkation of passengers

Ideal Skills Required

  • Excellent Customer service skills in a face to face setting.
  • Good communication skills

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
