- Develop a comprehensive understanding of aerodynamic structures and behaviors surrounding the vehicle.
- Collaborate with management teams to establish effective aerodynamic development plans.
- Propose and explore new methodologies to streamline aerodynamic concepts generation and testing processes.
- Engage in cross-functional discussions to optimize overall car performance, actively contributing ideas and receiving feedback.
- Report significant findings, opportunities, and risks to the Lead Engineer.
- Occasional travel may be required for this role.
- Hold a degree in a relevant field (Aerodynamics/Aeronautics) or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role, preferably in the motorsport sector.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Formula One Technical Regulations.
- Proficient in CFD methodologies and analysis of CFD data.
- Hands-on experience in contributing to aerodynamic advancements.
- Proven track record in planning, organizing, and overseeing aerodynamic projects to meet predefined objectives.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software, specifically 3DExperience/CATIA, is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
- Deliver tasks promptly and accurately.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and directors.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:
An exciting opportunity awaits for an Aerodynamics Engineer to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at their state-of-the-art Silverstone Facility. As part of the Aero Development Team, you will utilize cutting-edge methodologies to enhance the aerodynamic performance of the race car by analyzing computational and wind tunnel data.
