- Managing legal workload related to sales contracts and renewals to meet business objectives while balancing legal risk
- Manage negotiations with internal teams, customers & partners
- Instructing external counsel
- Management and supervision of legal aspects of our EMEA wide subsidiary management records including ensuring periodic statutory filing deadlines or, where relevant, commercial license renewal conditions are met
- Management and supervision of legal aspects of our property portfolio including termination, variation or execution of new lease and rental agreements including management of external counsel
- Training of relevant internal staff on legal & compliance matters
- Develop relevant team member's understanding of Verint legal precedent forms, processes and negotiation skills and the contract lifecycle management platform (currently ContractPodAI)
- Support Mergers and Acquisition activity and manage the integration of all legal aspects of an acquired business within the Verint business.
- Contribute to the on-going development of practices, precedent agreements and legal/compliance know-how within the global legal group including challenges posed by regulated customers and partners, and issues encountered within specific regions.
- Dispute resolution
- Provide general team support across the team as requested by General Counsel from time to time
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a global privacy platform to record and track Verint's data processing activities (currently OneTrust)
