Reed Finance are pleased to be exclusively supporting a well-known brand and successful South Essex based business in their search for a new senior finance professional.

The Head of Finance will head up a number of entities falling within the overall group,offering technical and commercial support to both the subsidiaries and wider business.

The Head of Finance will business partner across the business taking the lead and responsibility for all accounting and controlling functions.

Managing the finance department and working closely with the management teams to ensure accurate and proactiveadvice is provided.

Managing a team of four and reporting into Director level, a few key responsibilities include:

Managing month end management accounting_
Management Reporting: Including KPI's, Operational performance and management reviews_
Working closing with finance partners across the group_
Budgeting and Forecasting with review and commentary to the wider business_
Preparation and maintenance of ongoing cash flow forecasting and working capital_
Heading up all statutory accounting alongside the team_
Managing annual Audits_
Managing and heading up relevant projects including improving processes, procedures, controls and finance management systems_
Many other commercial responsibilities in line with business demands and focuses_
