An exciting opportunity has arisen - WE are seeking a Medical HR Advisor.Medical HR forms part of the wider HR team working with key stakeholders both in the Trust and externally. We believe that our commitment to providing exceptional customer service is key to everything we do.
You will be involved in all aspects of HR including end-to-end recruitment, rota planning and building, temporary recruitment, and induction for medical staff.
We are looking for someone who puts their communication skills and the ability to build and sustain great working relationships at the forefront of everything they do.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a Medical HR team or general HR team and have CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience.
If you have a real sense of customer service and you are solution focussed, this post may just be for you.
To be the first point of contact and provide advice for medical staff and line managers in the Trust.You will be dealing with Junior Doctors, Speciality Doctors and Consultants supporting the Head of Medical Workforce and Medical HR Assistant Advisors.

To be the day-to-day point of contact for advice and support for the Trust in Medical Workforce with respect to Junior Doctors, Speciality Doctors and Consultants supporting the Head of Medical Workforce and Medical HR Assistant Advisors.
To oversee the planning and distribution of Junior Doctor rotas for the Trust ensuring compliance with national terms and conditions and working time directive.
To ensure that all medical sickness is appropriately logged, reports are produced, and the correct advice is given.
To support the Head of Medical Workforce with relevant HR policy changes and amendments, providing suggestions changes to HR policies.
Monitor Exception Reports and ensure the appropriate actions are taken in a timely way reporting issues to the Guardian for Safe Working.
To maintain the medical workforce establishment document, coordinating locum and bank Doctors where necessary, identifying future staffing requirements, management of fixed term contracts, MTI scheme, advertising vacancies on NHS Jobs and BMJ as appropriate.
To provide direction and support to the Medical HR Assistant Advisors.
