    Description

    Excited to collaborate with a prominent manufacturer in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sector. Join their team in Knutsford as an HSE Manager!

    About the Role:

    • Position: HSE Manager
    • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
    • Full-time: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:00)

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and implement relevant HSE Requirements.
    • Develop KPIs to demonstrate HSE standards and productivity enhancements.
    • Ensure compliance of all processes and equipment.
    • Work towards ISO 14001 & 45001 certification.
    • Report on accident stats and environmental incidents.
    • Review risk assessments annually.
    • Coordinate HSE training programs.
    • Investigate workplace incidents and apply preventive measures.
    • Prepare monthly reports.
    • Ensure contractors have necessary HSE assessments.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • NEBOSH Diploma in managing safety or equivalent.
