A motivated individual who can complete any task given to a high-quality standard, clear thinking and determined. Ability to deal with issues in a collective manner as proactive with a logical approach. Ability to communicate effecti vely and efficiently at all levels with management, other professionals, colleagues, and customers. Methodical with the ability to prioritise and work to ght deadlines, targets and schedules. A customer focused professional with specialist experience in Property Compliance, Safety & Health Co-ordination , Process and Policy Implementation and HR administration. Can comfortably adapt to new working environments to develop and gain further skills and seek other opportunities. Highly motivated and organised and have gained professional qualifications of IOSH Level 3 in Safety & Health for Business and NEBOSH Fire Certificate and Tech IOSH membership. 

In my spare time i am passionate about all things running , i love to take part in races and push myself to achieve new personal records. I am an avid parkrun tourer and try to attend a new parkrun every Saturday , travelling across the Northwest and occasionally further afield. The furthest parkrun from my home , which i have attended is Fort William , i love to experience new places. I also enjoy baking when I'm not running and my biscoff brownies are a hot wherever they go !

• Research, review and update HR policies and procedures to confirm they are up-to-date and legally compliant. 
• Maintain HR database and ensure GDPR Compliance 
• Review and update Charity Policies 
• Implement processes and procedures to ensure front line teams are operating efficiently. 
• Prepare data for monthly payroll preparation. 
• Ensure that a high level of quality control is maintained for all works undertaken for all repairs and maintenance. Manage the renewal of contracts, including competitive tendering of larger contracts. 
• Develop and manage quality processes for the effective monitoring of outstanding repairs following complaints of disrepair across all proper es. 
• Ensure the charity’s building assets are well maintained and provide a safe environment for all employees, residents, and visitors. 
• Manage the Facili es budget and ensure any future financial requirements are planned in advance and captured within the forecast and reforecast updates. 
• Monitor and maintain all building related external contracts and services provided by suppliers.         Responsible for the opera on of a preventative planned maintenance programme 
• Provide competent, professional business focussed and risk-based advice to Directors and other Managers in their designated service area to enable them to carry out their statutory du es with regard to health, safety and the environment. 
• Develop a consistent approach to ensuring HSE management systems are in place, in use and appropriately reported. 
• Responsible for ensuring that managers complete all H&S actions for their sites as identified in audits/risk assessment and incident investigations. 
• Manage contractors on site to ensure compliance with contract and H&S regulations. 
• Maintain a register of Risk Assessments for operations undertaken.
