We're looking for a Data & Performance Officer to join Your Place and make a difference in people's lives in East London by helping end homelessness one person at a time


About the role


Based within the Impact & Performance team, this role is in our small, busy and friendly Impact team, who are responsible for providing full analysis relating to our residents and the service we are offering to ensure we deliver against our core objectives as a highly respected and regarded charitable organisation.


The is a critical role with full responsibility for the collection, collation and reporting of data and information to assess the overall performance management and impact of the organisation.


You will therefore have solid experience of carrying out both quantitative and qualitative research & analysis, having advanced knowledge of statistical analysis package (MS Excel) and be comfortable with producing data, infographic and insight reports in fast-paced setting.

The reporting areas including but not limited to resident needs, progresses and successes, report to funders and key services success and improvements.

£ £29000


Contract:
Permanent
Hours: 09:00 - 05:00, Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday


Location:
Canning Town, London (Hybrid)


Other responsibilities include

  • Experience in interrogating and analysing databases to provide trend & performance information
  • Being a point of contact for all data and database queries and promoting a continuous dataled improvement culture across all departments
  • Carrying out quantitative analysis of primary and secondary datasets using Excel
  • Ensuring that all statutory reporting and performance data are collated in a timely manner
  • Experience of developing and maintaining performance indicators for service improvement

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in a performance management role in a housing association or social care setting
  • Experience in conducting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data (survey, customer feedback)
  • Experience of research with people from vulnerable or disadvantaged backgrounds
  • Advocacy skills and ability to motivate frontline colleagues to maintain an accurate database
