BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR WITH RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS, GAINSBOROUGH
We are a local charity with housing related services across Lincoln and Gainsborough supporting vulnerable young people and adults to change lives, building stronger communities, and generating independence.
You will be involved in many aspects of the charity providing a wide range of general administrative and reception duties to support the Housing Team and Management particularly in relation to the maintenance and repair of our properties.
If you are the right person, you will discover a group of incredible people who all work hard together to provide safe and secure accommodation for those who need it.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing a professional, efficient and welcoming service to all visitors and callers to the LEAP Community Hub.
- Responsibility for petty cash, taking client rents, photocopying, filing and general administrative back up to management.
- Reporting, logging and arranging repairs, ensuring that jobs are completed according to LEAP's policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with regard to landlord and employer responsibilities for regulatory property checks and certification.
- The processing of monthly Health and Safety checks
This is a full-time post working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm.
The salary is £23517 plus a benefits package that includes a generous annual leave allowance and company pension.
Interviews will take place on Thursday the 13th of June 2024 at our Gainsborough Office

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure will be required for this position.
In accordance with Part 7 of the immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
