Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our operational HR team working 28 hours per week.
Under the guidance of the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will provide operational human resources support in a professional, timely and consistent manner to designated areas of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health & Care NHS Trust.
The role will offer hybrid working and involve working from home as well as attendance in the office or other Trust sites.
It is essential applicants can fulfil the travel requirements of the post across the Counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire.A competitive salary based on experience

Level 5 CIPD qualified or above, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
Ability to fulfil the travelling requirements of the post
Significant recent experience in generalist HR issues advising on terms and conditions and application of policies and procedures
Demonstrable experience of working in recruitment or HR function
A proven track record in HR in the NHS and/or the Public Sector
