    Description

    Job Description Alexander Steele Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading food manufacturer based in Worcestershire supplying to major retailers.

    Due to a period of exciting growth, they are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to work closely with the HR Manager and wider function to improve existing processes and reinforce company culture.

    25 days holiday+ bank holidays
    ~ Company pension
    ~ Working Mon - Fri


    Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will support the HR function in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and will work with autonomy on internal matters and projects.

    The successful candidate is tasked with the responsibility of establishing strong relationships with staff across all levels of seniority, immersing themselves in daily operations, identifying areas of HR process improvement and carrying out ad hoc project work.

    Streamline existing HR process and procedures
    Establish strong relationships with both permanent and agency workers
    The business is looking for an individual who has experience within the food industry. Working in a HR role at a similar level within a food or manufacturing business
