- In addition to running their own caseload and building up a portfolio of clients for whom they will be the principal point of contact, the role will involve mentoring and supervising trainee and newly qualified solicitors in the Department and liaising closely with the Departmental Head on a strategic and operational level with a view to becoming Departmental Head in two years' time.
- An entrepreneurial flair or interest in business development would also be a welcome asset given the Department's commitment to growth and to involving all our members in marketing and development initiatives.
