    Description

    Required for September 2024, a well-qualified, experienced, and engaging leader. You will be joining arguably the top state girls' comprehensive school nationally, working as part of its established, supportive and highly successful Senior Leadership Team. You will be passionate about educating girls in girls' schools, a team player with demonstrated capacity, positive mindset and high levels of energy. You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner and be able to demonstrate impactful middle leadership. You will have an understanding of pastoral care and demonstrate impact in raising attainment.This role will be KS3 specific.

    QEGS is a high-achieving, oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive converter academy. The school is The North London hub for the National SCITT for training Maths and Physics teachers. As a training hub, we offer excellent CPD opportunities for our own staff, in-house, through external partnership and national programmes.

    The school is a member of ICGS (International Coalition of Girls' Schools), an organisation united in educating and empowering students to be ethical, globally-minded change-makers.
