Description
The successful senior administrator will be expected to:
- support the Business Manager to carry out their role efficiently
- set up and organise use and upkeep of systems of filing and office record keeping
- communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- accurately maintain registers, logs and other office based tools
- support the reception duties in the school
Profile
The successful senior administrator will have:
- previously held a post with managerial responsibilities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be able to prioritise multiple work tasks
- Excellent IT skills and be competent with a range of IT systems (e.g. Microsoft packages)
