Description

The GRaDE Care Group are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the the Diabetes and Endocrinology Directorate as part of our community diabetes team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the city-wide diabetes clinics run across Sheffield. The role will support the department, ensuring clinics are planned and carried out efficiently.


Key parts of this role will include supporting our admin team, creating and booking clinics, managing referrals from a number of sources, booking accommodation in community hubs and ensuring patient pathways are recorded and analysed accurately to ensure patients receive a first class service.


The role will also involve creating and updating clinic rotas in a timely manner and ensuring clear communication is maintained between all relevant parties.
