I am recruiting for a Head of Support and Community for a Nation wide Charity.

You will head up operations in Coventry and Warwickshire to ensure your team delivers a range of services to people who are having a tough time, struggling to sustain their accommodation, dealing with homelessness or having just left care.

You will lead a team of 4 operational managers across the region and form part of the national operational leadership team to ensure that the organisation is doing it's best for everyone, everywhere, all of the time.

This role covers a 37.5 hour week, usually Monday - Friday, , but with the nature of the role, there may be occasional later finishes and some weekend work.

Your package will include £51,655.00 per annum including car and regional allowances.

Your responsibilities will include:

Having overall management and leadership responsibility for the region.
To provide leadership and direction to the teams across a wide range of activities to ensure provision of effective, high quality services.
Establish and maintain quality assurance systems within the service area.
Deliver the service to meet the needs of the people we work alongside but also to meet expectations of funders.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of managing a support service and managing a team of staff.

Housing sector or supported accommodation experience is desirable.
