Description

Are you a risk and control professional with a strong understanding around commercial lending? If so we have a fantastic position working for a leading financial services business based in Bristol in the position of Risk and Control Manager.

Working in asuper supportive team you will take responsibility for 1st line risk support but utilise your commercial lending risk knowledge to aid 2nd line aswell.

Day to day you'll be comfortable working within a regulatory environment with the ability to absorb complexinformation and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the business.

This role within the team is pivotal and you will be the first point of contact for control issues and questions, you'll work with the leadership team to ensure the appropriate riskmanagement frameworks are fit for purpose and implement any necessary changes that you see fit.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to operate in a role with variety and will give you exposure to many people at a senior level.

This business operates a hybridworking policy of days office 3 days home but for the right applicant this could be more flexible.
