    Description


    Are you an accounts assistant who can work in Highbridge 5 days a week? Are you looking for a new challenge within a small and very friendly business? If so we have a great opportunity to join a very successful and continually growing company who need to bolster their finance function with an experienced accounts assistant.

    Supporting the finance manager you'll take ownership for ensuring invoices are raised and reconciled in a timely manner, resolving invoice queries and working with customers to ensure payments are made on time via email and occasionally on the phone.

    You'll support with the production of management reports at month end and carry out some basic tasks on excel along with providing support to any time pressured tasks that the finance manager needs help with.

    Key experience and attributes for this role is having an all round accounts assistant skillset, having a positive can do attitude, being approachable and communicative and being someone who takes pride in doing a good job.

    This role is based in the office 5 days a week but in time could offer an element of home working if necessary.
