The Vacancy

We present a thrilling opportunity for a skilled Disrepair Supervisor to join our Responsive Maintenance division. The role involves working from our Lambeth office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive maintenance to residents.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure top-notch service by managing work scheduling adhering to company procedures, standards, and SLAs
• Supervise the responsive repairs function to maintain consistent performance against targets
• Efficiently manage material costs and ensure adherence to correct processes and procedures
• Quality monitoring through inspections, reports, key performance indicators analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys
• Lead, manage, and contribute to team development and determine optimal employment levels

We require candidates to possess relevant experience to fulfill the role requirements and have previous supervisory experience.
