- Ensure strict adherence to Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines in all operational aspects.
- Actively explore and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to the commercial growth of the facility.
- Effectively communicate and implement policies and procedures within the home to maintain organisational standards.
- Provide support to staff members by addressing their training and development needs, fostering a continuous learning environment within the team.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and the company's quality assurance framework.
- Hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or equivalent qualification such as RMA.
- Bring a proven track record of experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a comparable setting.
