We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in Battersea.

This is a great opportunity to join a business that will genuinely offer you growth and development in your career as well as a chance to sell some of the most exclusive properties.

You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a notable track record in residential estate agency sales.

It is essential you can prove your ability to build professional relationships with buyers and sellers as well as be able to work well as part of a team to ensure targets are being hit.

As Sales Negotiator you will receive the following:

£30,000 Basic Salary
Commission + Company Car

- £70,000 OTE

Company wide benefits

You'll be responsible for:

Daytoday management of buyers including generating & conducting viewings
Obtaining offers, pitching for new business, vendor and purchaser management and constant client care
Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk

- ins, in a professional manner
