Senior Salesforce Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team permanently, reporting directly to the CRM Manager.
In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and improving our Salesforce environments, focusing on enhancing processes through the adoption of best practices and the seamless integration of development and support functions.

Manage complex technical solutions to support BSI various environments.Champion and embody a mindset of agile delivery and continuous improvement whilst aligning to IT global process and keeping focus on business outcomes.
Support and mentor junior members of team.Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar technical leadership role.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
